Reporting a broken clip
If a walkthrough stalls, tell us the date of the puzzle and roughly where it stopped. Clips are re-cut fairly often, and a stale copy on an intermediate cache is the usual cause — a hard refresh normally fixes it before we do.
We do not run ads, we do not have a newsletter, and we will never ask for an account.
